Think about it. Old films about the future like 2001: A Space
Odyssey, Back to the Future II, and Blade Runner seem all too advanced
to be settings close to our present time, yet they are all based on
settings before the year 2018.
Why is that so?
Because during the time the films where filmed, people predicted that
the future (our time) would give rise to highly advanced technological
breakthroughs like free energy, and manned space exploration.
Why
were these predictions invalid? Free sources of energy would give rise
to advanced technology that would surpass the current "space and
internet age." Throughout the course of time, technological innovations
like free and unlimited energy are either ignored, or prevented to
progress by people in power.
The answer? Greed.
If
every country in the world agreed to remove fossil fuels as its main
energy source, then the world would probably have advanced free sources
of energy. Fossil fuels are the wall that prevents people from making
free energy, because fossil fuels are regulated by "greed".
I
have heard stories of people discovering and trying to patent engines
that take in water as a main fuel source only to be blockaded by threats
that would probably be from owners of big oil companies. Water
covers 70% of the earth's surface. Of course! If the world used water as
a fuel source for vehicles and other infrastructures, then who would
need fossil fuels? Fossil fuels are non-renewable sources of energy,
they promote global warming, and are hazardous to life on earth.
